Offering One
Our 1:1 Support is a highly intentional, three-part container grounded in safety. Before we go into deep self-reflection processes—which make way for us to get in touch with our dreams—we must lay a very strong, grounded foundation.
In our first session, we debrief and create a plan. We consciously discuss what we will be doing and establishing boundaries and safety before our deep-dive session.
Our second session is a full-day intensive. We begin with tea and a debrief, moving into a deeply restorative foot soak. We discuss the history and setup of your yoni steam, carefully screen for sensitivities, and read your menstrual cycle to explore your inbuilt stories.
We build respect, understanding, and connection to the process before experiencing the yoni steam itself. You will simply sit with what comes up, allowing it, letting it show you what it wants you to know. Following this, we transition seamlessly into a deeply integrating full body massage.
We wrap up this profound day with a restorative cup of tea to gently bring you back to your body and the world around you. You will take home comprehensive aftercare documents, alongside specific at-home reading and reflective processes.
Our final session serves as a debrief and vital check-in. We unpack what came up for you, explore the clarity you gained, and visualize exactly where you want to go next. We trace what has changed since the intensive and what blossomed from the journey.
